Forest History Today Special Section  – Women’s Forest Congress

The inaugural Women’s Forest Congress convened in Minneapolis on October 17–20, 2022. The Forest History Today special section commemorates the event, including the declaration approved at the end of the congress, reflections of four attendees (including a founder), and then two presentations given at the congress— one on the history of women in forest conservation and the other about the present and future roles of women in the forest sector.
